Direct Marketing on IP basis in China 2009

This event of an implementation plan for the IP Phone Service for the Direct Marketing Members in China to allow its members to call one another and to place long-distance phone calls using the VoIP technologies.

The SoLink Calling System will be used for both billing and various calling features, providing a complete solution for both prepaid and post paid calling services.  It includes telephony service logic (IVR) platform, user management, automatic PIN creation and authentication. The system also includes a real-time rating engine with self contained billing, reporting and statistics.

The Calling system consists of a Call Server and a Database Server.  The Call Server interfaces with external telephony service providers (PSTN-based and VOIP-based) to provide the desired calling services to the subscribers, while the Database Server provides the data repository for subscribers, rating, call detail records, etc.  Multiple call servers may be added as necessary in the future.
